YouTube is an online video hosting service which allows for internet users to upload video media which is stored on YouTube's servers. These videos can then be shared amongst friends by posting links to files or embedding them within web pages (as on this page of Rogue Traders Online) or blog posts.

As such big music companies frown upon hosting of full music videos and performance clips but the size of YouTube and it's popularity has seen Sony accept the videos posted there (with Sony haveing linked to YouTube videos on official page).

When you view this page you should see a box to the left hand side with static image and a play button in the middle. Clicking this button will play the clip which is streamed from YouTube's servers. No sensitive data is exchanged during the playback.

The clips cannot be downloaded. They are relatively low in quality but this should improve playback times. Given the changeable nature of the internet the videos may be removed at any moment depending on both YouTube and Sony BMG.
